In halls of learning, white coats don, A journey embarked, a mission begun,
With hearts alight, and minds so keen, In the realm of healing, we intervene.
Anatomy's cadence, a symphony of bones, In lectures and labs, knowledge is sown,
We tread the paths of those before, Seeking the keys to life's sacred door.
In late-night studies, coffee our friend, A medical student's journey, we transcend,
From textbooks thick to patient's touch, We learn compassion, oh, so much.
The stethoscope becomes an extension, Listening to tales of pain's contention,
Empathy blooms like flowers in spring, As we seek to mend, to heal, to bring.
Clinical rounds, a dance we weave, Diagnoses sought, challenges to conceive,
With mentors' guidance, we find our way, Through the haze of doubt, we'll never sway.
Yet amidst the trials, a comrades' embrace, Bound by the passion for this healing space,
In the arms of colleagues, we find our kin, Together we stand, through thick and thin.
And when the day comes to don the cloak, Of doctorhood's mantle, a vow bespoke,
To serve with honor, with hearts aglow, A medical student's journey, now bestowed.
